Represented by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht IRENE’S is a 86 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. The most valuable elements of IRENE’S are her most appealing features and fantastic layout. IRENE’S spends the season in Antarctica. She was completed by the ship builder Majora in 2003. A succesful refit was finalized in 2007-2015. The ingenious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and easily accommodates a group of 10 guests.
IRENE’S is classified as a superyacht. The generously sized aft deck, leads to the well-equipped and inviting main saloon. The main saloon is a comfortable space to spend time when the aft deck might not be as desirable (at port, private conversations) and enables a number of media entertainment options. 4 comfortable cabins are laid out for maximum privacy and comfort.
The motor yacht features Engines: 2 x MTU x 1500HP Generators: 2 x Onan 22.5kw engines .

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like IRENE’S, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€9,750 - €15,600), making the charter cost €48,750 to €54,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: CHRISTOS LEKAS
CAPTAIN – Christos Lekkas
Captain Lekkas is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holds a Skipper Class A’ diploma. He also holds Certificates in Life Saving & Firefighting, Personnel survival techniques, fire prevention and firefighting, elementary first aid, personal safety and social responsibilities, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats, proficiency in fast rescue boats. He has over 20 years of service at sea and onboard Motor Yachts. During his free time Captain Christos likes to sail and dive. He is very outgoing and has an extensive knowledge of Greece and Turkey. Captain Christos speaks fluent English. He is 45 years old and married.
ENGINEER –Benjamin Rogelia
Benjamin holds an Engineer Class A’ diploma . He has served as an Engineer onboard RoRo/Passenger/Tanker Ships for 15 years and on Charter Yachts for the past 10 years. Benjamin speaks fluently English. He is 52 years old and married and has two children
CHEF – Panagiotis Panagopoulos (Peter)
Panagiotis (Peter) holds a Chef’s diploma from the Chef d' Oeuvre Institute. He has worked as a Chef in several five-star restaurants in Athens and onboard luxury charter yachts. He specializes in Mediterranean and International cuisine and also holds a certificate as a Pastry chef. He speaks English and is 32 years old
STEWARDESS – Sofia Kounelaki
Anastasia has 2 years of experience on Private and Charter yachts and is one of the newest member of the Irene’s crew. She has a pleasant personality, while ensures that all run smoothly throughout the day. She loves children, reading and dancing. She speaks good English and German. She is 37 years old.
DECKHAND – Rolly Talania
Rolly has worked as a seaman and messman on Bulk Carrier for several years. He has also worked as a Deckhand for 5 years onboard Private and Charter Yachts and has been onboard M/Y Irene’s for the past 4 years. He holds all STCW 95 certificates. Rolly speaks very good English. He is 33 years old and single.
