Elegance and Luxury - Kepi is a 2014 launched, fully equipped Lagoon 52. She can accommodate up to 10 passengers in 4 double and 1 double bunk, en-suite, cabins. Air-conditioned throughout, with a spacious fly-bridge, ample sun-bed loungers, a wide cockpit and a comfortable fore deck, the guests can always find the right place for the right moment.

A fully equipped kitchen and a gas BBQ in the competent hands of Chef Cleo guarantee memorable culinary experiences, while the water toys available will keep those who are tired of relaxing, busy.

Represented by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht KEPI is a 52 ft sailing catamaran. The most attractive features of KEPI are her generous space and experienced crew. KEPI spends the season in Antarctica. She was constructed by the well-known ship builder Lagoon in 2014. An elegant refit was finalized in 2017. The well-planned yacht layout features 4 generous cabins and easily accommodates up to 8 guests.

KEPI is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The yacht layout radiates from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the meals are served. The fascinating cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. The cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.

The sailboat features Yanmar 2 x 75HP Generator 17.5 Kva engines and a generator.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailing catamaran like KEPI, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€2,430 - €4,253), making the charter cost €14,580 to €16,403. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: Vasilis Diamantis

CAPTAIN VASILIS DIAMANTIS

Vasilis Diamantis was born and raised in Aigio, a small coastal town by the Corinthian golf. He has been sailing since his early years as a triangle racer. His love for action and nature also lead him to become a snowboard and rafting instructor and guide. He is a charismatic skipper with a great knowledge of the secrets that Greek seas hold, like detecting secluded beaches all around Greece. If you are lucky to have him as your captain you will immediately realize that he can become a trustful and beloved friend, satisfying your all your requests. Vasilis holds the Yachtmaster Offshore and STCW certificates and combined with his experience, you know you are in safe hands. Vasilis is also a volunteer for the Hellenic Red Cross and Civil Protection Authority due to his training and abilities.

COOK/STEWARDESS ELENA MALTEZOU

Elena is a certified mechanical engineer and worked for two years at the National Water Company.
At the same time, she was working in the beginning as a waitress at cafés and cocktail bars and later as assistant cook at restaurants.
Her work experience includes also child supervision at playgrounds which was a personal choice due to her love for children.
For the last three years she has been working as hotel and inventory manager at Multihull Yachting Greece in parallel to her cooking duties at Sazerac Bar Restaurant.
She was born in 1989, speaks English and has been dancing classic and modern ballet since the age of 3. She loves travelling and cooking so she will surprise guests with amazing Greek and National dishes. She adjusts her cooking to clients’ nutritional needs and preferences.
