CHEF
Boris Blagdanic was born in Zadar 1979.
I graduated from the school for chefs in 1997, and started working on boats a year later. First I was an assistant chef for five years and, after that, I worked as head chef on a number of big cargo boats. I did that for eight years, travelling around the world. I completely loved the experience. Those years were very significant ones for my gourmet education. When I returned to Croatia, I started working on charter boats.
For the last seven years, I have been the chef on board KADENA and I am enjoying my cooking more than ever. It is my passion and it is something I can improve on every day.
