NEW HORIZONS 3 spends the season in Antarctica. She was completed by recognized shipbuilder Catana S.A in 2019. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and easily accommodates a group of 10 guests.
NEW HORIZONS 3 is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is where heart of the yacht is and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The tastefully decorated cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. The cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). Multiple portholes offer desirable views, while providing privacy if needed.
The sailboat features 2 x 80hp Yanmar engines and a generator.

One full Master Stateroom, One VIP cabin, Two Queen cabins and One Twin cabin.All with private facilities and separate plexiglass showers. Master has a separate Jacuzzi Hydromassage Shower.

CAPTAIN / George Peristeriotis
George started in New Horizons Yachting Co from the very beginning. Throughout these years he has shown his immense professionalism as a captain. Following his passion towards the sea from a very young age, he entered the field of of leisure yachting with utmost enthusiasm. His experiences in dinghy racing and offshore sailing boats, commercial and pleasure, have given him the knowledge over different weather conditions around the world. He always maintains a tranquil vibe on board with his expertise over the sailing and technical factors of the cruise. His immaculate skills make him capable of providing top safety to the passengers and crew. He speaks English, some French and understands Italian. Moreover, George is friendly but discrete and creates a very pleasant ambience with the clients. He has a very broad knowledge over the secrets spots around the Greek island an can give very good tips about entertainment ashore. He is a very well educated and skilled captain that will captivate you with his personality. captain George always gives his best to endure that our guests get the dream vacations they have been looking forward to while keeping them safe at all times. He speaks very good English.
CHEF – Themis Tzounakos
Themis is 27 years old and a graduate of Le Monde Athens Institute. He is passionate, and hardworking, with 9 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. He is rejoining us for a second season after a very successful 2019 season. He has worked as sous and head chef in various restaurants and Hotels in Athens, Santorini and Rhodes. Themis looks forward to welcoming his guests on board and introducing them to his culinary world. His cooking skills are quite advanced especially when preparing dishes of the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. He speaks fluent English and is very polite towards everyone around him. Themis has quite a loveable personality and we are confident that he will do his best to make your vacations dreamy.
STEWARDESS- Eleni Mavrodonti
Elenis’ sweet smile will enchant you throughout your cruise. She’s a powerful young lady, full of enthusiasm to please her guests. Coming from a family of Captains she has learned to love and respect the sea. Driven by her love towards the sea she joined the leisure yachting industry four years ago. Eleni is happy to be rejoining New Horizons team after taking some time off to concentrate on her studies. She assists with confidence the Captain in mooring and is ready to take over any task that he addresses her with. Her serving skills are excellent and she also has advanced cooking skills which make her a perfect service team with Chef Themis. Eleni is very well educated, she's about to receive her Law degree from the Kapodistrian University of Athens. She speaks fluent English and is very polite towards everyone around her. Eleni has quite a loveable personality and we are confident that she will do her best to make your vacations dreamy.
